Homemade pizza. Nothing
tastes better, nothing is healthier and simpler. I made different kind of pizzas starting with
sourdough and organic whole grain flour (wheat and spelt).
It costs only a
couple of euros and it lasts for days.
This time I made four different toppings: marinara sauce (down - right), margherita, calabrese and pesto. Marinara is basically a Marinara sauce, made with organic tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt and oregano.
Margherita is a Marinara
with cheese, this vegan cheese is called
Strachicco, and is produced by Verys https://www.verys.it and it's really great and versatile.
Calabrese
is spicy! You can put as much chili pepper as you can bear :D It is a white
pizza, so I prepared a seasoning with extra virgin olive oil, garlic finely
chopped, oregano, chili and let it rest for a while. I put this seasoning on the pizza and
then I added the vegan cheese which I had previously marinated with liquid smoke.
Last
one is Pesto pizza. I used organic pesto and added a chopped potatoes on top.

here the link (in Italian) to the general recipe. You can change the flour
adjusting a little bit the dosage of water and sourdough.
